TXV Sliding Vane Pumps

Description

TXV Sliding Vane Pumps

lackmer® TXV Rotary Vane Pumps, are part of the Iron Line of sliding vane pumps, feature and open-rotor design and have been specifically designed for the high-temperature transfer of thick, viscous fluids, including asphalts. The key to the versatility of these pumps is the unique Blackmer sliding vane rotor design that self-adjusts for wear to provide a sustained, high level performance over a wide viscosity range. Slow operating speeds and non-pulsating flow minimizes shear and agitation of the fluid.

TXV pumps delivers more fluid per revolution than comparably ported gear pumps. And slower operating speeds mean longer service life and reduced maintenance requirements. These pumps come standard with bronze vanes, and are available in 2.5- and 3-in port sizes.
